The Extended Supraglottic Laryngectomy with MRND
Being new to the field of ENT can be particularly daunting; this is often due to the amount of equipment that can look unfamiliar. With this in mind, we have included a link to a video that explains some basic diagnostic and therapeutic techniques in ENT and will be most useful for those just starting in this most fascinating of specialities.

The Extended Supraglottic Laryngectomy with MRND
This video demonstrates the anatomical vignettes of the modified radical neck dissection performed in conjunction with an extended supraglottic laryngectomy. The patient had a SCCA of the vallecula extending into the supraglottic larynx.
